The Physical Results
Based on studies conducted by Miha Bodytec:
• 87% of the users reported enthusiasm for the noticeable results on their body.
• 89% of subjects felt their bodies become more firm, more stable, and stronger after their training.
• Body fat percentage was reduced by up to 4% in 6 weeks of sessions. • Women experienced an average loss of 0.59 inches on their thighs.
• After 13 weeks of training the overweight subjects lost on average 7.7 pounds and 9% of body fat; as well as 2.56 inches around the waist and 0.79 inches around the upper arm.
• The subjects also noted a reduction of 6.8% of abdominal fat.

• The urinary incontinence was improved in 75.8% of subjects, and complete recovery in 33.3%.
